La tarea docente en la enseñanza de la Ingeniería Mecánica: Una concepción formativa. // The educational task in the teaching of Mechanical Engineering: A formative conception.
Abstract
El presente trabajo plantea una nueva concepción de tarea docente para la formación del ingeniero mecánico, cuyas
premisas teóricas están sustentadas en el Enfoque Histórico Cultural y la Teoría de la Actividad. Para ello se parte de los
requerimientos del perfil del profesional, de sus acciones más generales y de los requisitos para constatar la presencia del
valor responsabilidad profesional en el egresado de estas especialidades. La tarea docente así concebida posee, en
contraposición a la tradicional, potencialidades para contribuir a la formación en el estudiante del valor antes señalado y de
otros valores profesionales. En un contexto, semejante al profesional, el estudiante ejecutará acciones relacionadas con: el
desarrollo del pensamiento teórico, la construcción de problemas, la detección de errores y vías para su solución, la
selección de alternativas y la emisión de juicios de carácter ético. Todo ello vinculado a la asignatura de que se trate. En
este caso se refiere al curso de Mecánica Teórica, aunque estos criterios pueden ser generalizados a otras asignaturas y
disciplinas de la carrera.

Abstract:
The present paper outlines a new conception of educational task for the mechanical engineer's formation whose theoretical
premises are sustained in the Cultural Historical Focus and the Theory of Activity. Starting from the requirements of the
professional's profile, their general actions and the requirements to verify the presence of the value professional
responsibility in engineering specialties. The educational task conceived possesses, in opposition to the traditional one,
potentialities to contribute to the formation in the student of the value signal and other professional values. In a context
similar to the professional, the student will execute actions related with: The development of the theoretical thought, the
construction of problems,the detection of errors and its solution, the selection of alternative and the emission of trials of
ethical character. Everything linked to the subject in study. In this case it refers to the Theoretical Mechanics, although
these approaches can be generalizable to other subjects and disciplines of the career.
