Modificaciones a un transportador apilador de sacos de azúcar // Modifications to a decker transporter of sugar sacks.
Abstract
El transportador apilador que se construye actualmente en el país para satisfacer las demandas de los centrales azucareros
en el almacenamiento de sacos de azúcar, presenta dificultades técnicas que no permiten una buena comercialización del
equipo.
En el artículo se logra con la misma capacidad y longitud de transportación, así como con la misma solución técnica para
variar el ángulo de inclinación en el rango deseado, soluciones que permiten, disminuir el peso total del equipo en un 20
%., se cambia la solución estructural y se disminuye el espesor de los perfiles, se eliminan los problemas de estabilidad, se
cambia la ubicación del sistema motriz de la zona de descarga a un punto cercano a la zona de carga, etc.
Aprovechando la instalación óleo-hidráulica para cambiar el ángulo de inclinación, se le añade un circuito que permite
fácilmente cambiar el sentido de giro de la tambora motriz.
Se presenta también el procedimiento para comprobar la potencia del motor. De dicho procedimiento se explica como hacer
el gráfico de carga, el cual limita la capacidad de carga en función del ángulo de inclinación.

Abstract:
The decker transporter that is built at the moment in the country to satisfy the demands of the sugar power stations in the
storage of sugar sacks, presents technical difficulties that do not allow a good commercialization of the equipment.
In the developed work it is achieved that with the same capacity and transportation longitude, as well as with the same
technical solution to vary the angle of inclination in the wanted range, diminish the total weight of the equipment in 20%,
with the employment of a professional program, the structural solution is changed and the thickness of the profiles is
decreased, eliminate the problems of stability. The location of the motive system in the discharge area is changed to a point
near the load area., achieve movement in both senses
In the work also appears the procedure to check the power of the motor. Of such procedure it is explained how to make the
load graph, which limits the load capacity in function of the angle of inclination.
