La postventa como criterio de selección de vehículos destinados a flotas de transporte. // After-sales stage as criteria for vehicle selection in company of transport.
Abstract
La política inversionista es un aspecto de vital importancia dentro de la gestión empresarial. Para la empresa
transportista toma mayor relevancia al ser los vehículos los activos fundamentales en el desarrollo del proceso
de producción de estas empresas. Escoger el vehículo que reúna los requisitos que garantice las exigencias de
la transportación de manera que tribute sobre la eficiencia del proceso productivo debe ser el objetivo principal
para cualquier empresa de transporte. La postventa es un valor agregado al vehículo que toma más importancia
cada vez en el momento de decidir la elección de la oferta de compra del vehículo. En ese artículo, se brindan
algunas orientaciones para la selección de ofertas de vehículos tomando en consideración la etapa de post
venta.

Abstract:
The political investor is an aspect of vital importance inside the managerial management. For the
transport company takes great this affirmation because the vehicles are the fundamental assets in the
development of the process of production of these companies. To choose the vehicle with the
requirements appropriate for the transportation demands and it will be efficient in the productive process
it should be the main objective for any company of transport. The after-sales is a value added to the
vehicle that takes more importance every time when it´s necessary to decide the election of the
appropriate propose of vehicle. In this paper some direction to evaluate proposal of vehicles taking into
account after-sales are given.
