Evaluación de indicadores subjetivos durante el diseño optimo con objetivos múltiples de herramientas para la conformación de metales // Evaluating subjective character indicators in the process of multiple objective metal conforming die design
Abstract

Abstract:
In this work are exposed, in a brief way, the application of an integrative approach for the analysis and synthesis
engineering systems for preparation and making decisions under multiple criterions for metal conforming technologies with the example of two concrete systems developed by CAD/CAM's Studies Center of Holguin
University in collaboration with the Department of Metallurgy of José Antonio Echeverría Polytechnical Institute
in which three-dimensional parametric drawing are used. The examples are: system DIE, which allows the design
and progressive cutting dies and the system DiesFor, the one that allows the design of Forge Die, determining
and designing the tools for the necessary intermediate stages in the process. With the purpose of a correct
evaluation of the offered solution options, both systems offer parametric drawings as a result of each one of the
elements, as well as, the group planes and corresponding despiece.
Key words: Multiple objective optimization, CAD/CAM, plastic deformation , dies, forge .
