Abstract

En el presente trabajo se señala el reacondicionamiento de la válvula distribuidora de la bomba surtidora de combustible
utilizando como método o tecnología la aplicación de resinas y polvos como refuerzos. Para ello se utilizarán varios tipos de
resinas como son: RESINA FURANO-EPOXÍDICA(de fabricación nacional),RESINA EPOXÍDICA(de importación)y
refuerzos pulverizados de Latón y Aluminio aplicados a piezas de Bronce y Aluminio respectivamente.
Además aparecen los regímenes de corte y oros parámetros de la tecnología de mecanizado necesaria para la restitución de las
dimensiones, la calidad superficial y la posición relativa de las distintas superficies de la pieza.
Se acompaña el trabajo con una valoración técnico - económica de los resultados obtenidos y su repercusión en la esféra de la
producción, los servicios, así como de un grupo de recomendaciones que ayudan a una más eficiente aplicación del método
empleado en el reacondicionamiento de esta pieza.

Abstract
In the present work is indicated the recondition of the distributor valve of the supplying fuel pump using as method or
technology the application of resins and powders as reinforcements. For this will be used several types of resins as: RESIN
FURANO-EPOXÍDICA (national manufacture), RESIN EPOXÍDICA (imported), and pulverized reinforcements of brass and
Aluminum applied to pieces of Bronze and Aluminum pieces respectively.
Furthermore the cutting regimen and other technology parameters of mechanized are given, these are necessary for the
restitution of the dimensions, the superficial quality and the relative position of the different surfaces of the piece.
It is accompanied the work with a technical valuation - economic of the obtained results and repercussion in the production, the
services, as well as a group of recommendations that help a most efficient application of the method used in the reconditioning
of this piece.
