Abstract

Se demuestra que cualquier procedimiento de diseño mecánico puede interpretarse como un proceso de solución de problemas sobre modelos matemáticos, lo cual equivale a la obtención de los algoritmos de solución de tales problemas. Se utilizan los grafos bicromáticos como medio de expresión de los modelos, problemas y
algoritmos. Se ilustran los conceptos teóricos con un ejemplo práctico tomado de la mecánica de los sólidos.
