Análisis cinemático y dinámico de prótesis transfemorales. Implicaciones clínicas//Kinematic and dynamic analysis of transfemoral prosthesis. Clinical implications
Abstract
Se analizó desde una perspectiva cinético-clínica la factibilidad del empleo de la prótesis transfemoral Otto Bock con rodilla articulada 3R80 y tobillo 1C30 “Trias”. El estudio cinemático y cinético de la marcha se practicó en 5 voluntarios amputados y 5 controles con técnicas de videografía y plataformas de fuerza. La asimetría cinética en la marcha como una de las principales causas de las patologías degenerativas de la cadera. La incorporación de variables cinemáticas y cinéticas permite establecer con los ensayos clínicos de radiografía y densitometría, importantes conclusiones relacionadas con el desequilibrio dinámico principal causa de las patologías degenerativas de la cadera observadas en este paciente, con lo cual son un importante instrumento para la evaluación de la factibilidad del diseño del artificio protésico.Palabras claves: prótesis transfemorales, cinética, osteoporosis, osteoartritis

Abstract
Is analyzed from a clinical and kinetic point of view the feasibility of using the transfemoral prosthesis Otto Bock with 3R80 knee and articulated ankle 1C30 "Trias". The kinematic and kinetic gait analysis was performed on 5 amputee volunteers and 5 normal subjects using videographic and force platforms techniques. The kinetic asymmetry in gait as a major cause of the degenerative pathologies of the hip. The inclusion of kinematic and kinetic variables can establish with clinical trials of radiography and densitometry, important conclusions related with dynamic imbalance, primary cause of degenerative diseases of the hip observed in this patient, which are an important tool for evaluating the feasibility of the design of the prosthetic device.
