Abstract

Fue analizado el método de cálculo del índice de consumo de combustible de Grupos Electrógenos Diésel; se caracterizó esta tecnología considerando los distintos niveles de carga y fue presentado el resultado en forma gráfica. En el proceso de combustión se caracterizó el comportamiento de las temperaturas y presiones del diésel, del lubricante, del aire y del líquido refrigerante con respecto al índice de consumo de combustible. Mediante el método de estimación UPD han sido modelados matemáticamente estos comportamientos, asumiendo que dependen de los niveles de carga y el tiempo de operación del punto donde se estima. Con la presente investigación y mediante un estudio experimental se definieron las regularidades del comportamiento operacional de los grupos electrógenos diésel durante su trabajo al 75 %, 80 %, 90 % y 100%.

Abstract

The calculation method of the fuel consumption index of Diesel Generating Sets was analyzed; this technology was characterized considering the different load levels and the result was presented in graphic form. In the combustion process, the behavior of the temperatures and pressures of diesel, lubricant, air and coolant with respect to the fuel consumption index was characterized. Using the UPD estimation method, these behaviors have been modeled mathematically, assuming that they depend on the load levels and the operating time of the point where it is estimated. With the present investigation and by means of an experimental study the regularities of the operational behavior of the diesel generator sets during their work were defined at 75%, 80%, 90% and 100%.
