Mejoras para elevar la disponibilidad de las unidades acuáticas livianas//Improvements to enhance the availability of the light aquatic units
Abstract
El presente artículo es el resultado de una investigación realizada en las unidades acuáticas livianas. El objetivo es identificar las mejoras necesarias para elevar la disponibilidad de estas unidades. Los métodos utilizados fueron: la aplicación del Diagrama Causa–Efecto, la entrevista estructurada y su procesamiento y el Método de Pareto. La entrevista estructurada se valida por juicio de expertos y su confiabilidad con el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach que obtuvo un alto valor de 0,88. Las calificaciones obtenidas en las dimensiones identificadas (sobre 5 puntos posibles) son: políticas de mantenimiento 2,53, inventario 3,31, mano de obra 4,16 y seguridad 4,66. La Disponibilidad actual es de 79,00 % según cálculos efectuados por los autores en un trabajo precedente, con las mejoras propuestas, se pudiera aumentar a 86,00 %.Palabras claves: disponibilidad; causa-efecto; pareto, causas potenciales.

Abstract
The present paper is the result of an investigation carried out in the light aquatic units. The primary goal is to identify the needed improvements to enhance the Availability of its aquatic units. The main used method was the structured interview and its processing. The instrument was validated by a judgment of experts and the reliability with the Alpha de Cronbach coefficient, a value obtained was 0,88. The obtained qualifications (Over 5 possible points) are: maintenance policies 2,53, inventory 3,31, manual labor 4,16 and security 4,66. The current Availability is low and requires the proposed improvements in this work, to be able to enhance it..
