Estudio de la valoración económica para la obtención de matrices de colágeno // Viability study about economic prefeasability evaluation of collagen matrix production
Abstract
El presente artículo presenta una evaluación económica y financiera del proceso de obtención de las matrices de colágeno que deben ser utilizados en la restauración de los tejidos del cuerpo humano, cuyo objetivo fue demostrar la factibilidad de invertir en dicho proceso, teniendo en cuenta los indicadores establecidos para ello. Los métodos, técnicas y herramientas de investigación utilizados fueron revisión documental, entrevista no estandarizada, diagrama Pareto, diagrama sinóptico del Proceso Operaciones e Inspecciones (OPERIN), despliegue de la función de la calidad (QFD, Quality Function Deploy), tormenta de ideas, entre otras. Como resultado principal de la evaluación económico-financiera efectuada se obtuvo la definición de un nuevo procedimiento, que se describió mediante la técnica Diagrama de Operación Inspección (OPERIN) y además se demostró que es factible la obtención de matrices de colágeno y se determinó que el plazo de recuperación de la inversión es de 9 meses..Palabras claves: separación; purificación; caracterización; valoración económica; colágeno; electroforesis.

Abstract
The present paper presents an economic and financial evaluation of the process of obtaining the collagen matrices that must be used in the restoration of the tissues of the human body. The objective is to demonstrate the feasibility of investing in such a process, taking into account the indicators established for this. The research methods, techniques and tools applied were: documentary review, non-standardized interview, Pareto chart, synoptic diagram of the Operations and Inspections Process (OPERIN), quality function deployment (QFD), brainstorming, among others. As a main result of the economic-financial evaluation carried out, the definition of a new procedure was enunciated, which was described by the Operation Inspection Diagram (OPERIN) technique and it was also demonstrated that it is feasible to obtain collagen matrices, determining that the term of recovery of the investment is 9 months.Key words: isolation; purification; characterization; economic valuation technician; collagen; electrophoresis.Downloads
