Resumen

Existe un prejuicio que identifica al mantenimiento con la grasa, la suciedad y lo ocasional. Sin embargo, la filosofía exacta
consiste en evitar las averías, no en repararlas. El trabajo trata la problemática del mantenimiento desde un prisma
reflexivo. Aborda algunos puntos críticos que afectan el desarrollo y la posición natural de esta vital función dentro de la
industria nacional.

Abstract
A prejudice that identifies to the maintenance with the erease, the dirt and the occasional thing exists. However, the exact
philosophy consists on avoiding the damage, not in repairing them. The work treats the problem of the maintenance from a
reflexive position. It approaches some critical points that affect the development and the natural position of this vital
function inside the national industry.
