// The global technical standardization as principal instrumentation to assure the application
Abstract

Abstract.
Quality can be understood as the measure that our production reaches the needs of native or global purchasers. The quality
of products or services are specified using technical standards (ISO, CEN, NOM, NC, etc.), is measured during production
process, is tested to conformity assessment, and after that quality is certified. The practice has demonstrated, if you not pass
over any factor of the quality chain described, then you assure total satisfaction of purchaser products and services. Our
proposal with these lines, based on the experience of the authors in the practice and application of the national and
international standardization, is to provide to readers the general concepts to this instrumentation for development.
Key words: technical standardization, quality, metrology, testing, conformity assessment.
