Abstract

En la actualidad, el desarrollo del mantenimiento va enfocado, entre otras directivas, a optimizar costos, aumentar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad operacional, optimizar el rendimiento y aumentar el período de vida útil de los activos. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo diseñar una herramienta, tipo encuesta, para una empresa de trasmisión eléctrica que permita conocer si es pertinente la implementación de un sistema de Mantenimiento Centrado en la Confiabilidad, como filosofía para la gestión del mantenimiento y determinar, si es posible realizar esta implementación en ese momento. Se validó dicha herramienta demostrándose su confiabilidad obteniéndose un valor de 92 % en caso de la primera variable decretándose excelente y un valor de 72 % en la segunda variable considerada aceptable. Se aplicó a un caso de estudio demostrándose sus potencialidades.

Abstract

Actually, the development of maintenance is approach, among other directives, to optimize costs, increase availability and operational reliability, optimize performance and increase lifetime of the assets. This study aimed to design a tool, survey type, for a company electrical transmission designed to show if appropriate to implement a system Centered Maintenance Reliability, as a philosophy for maintenance management and to determine, if possible this is implemented at the time. This tool was validated demonstrating its reliability obtaining a value of 92% for the first variable excellent decreeing and a value of 72% in the second variable considered acceptable. It was applied to a case study demonstrating your potentiality.
