Abstract

Las métodos que se emplean para evaluar el estado de la gestión de la lubricación, en las instalaciones industriales, no permiten identificar los problemas de estos procesos y no se corresponden totalmente con las tendencias actuales. La investigación, tuvo como objetivo diseñar una herramienta de diagnóstico para determinar el estado de la gestión de la lubricación y los lubricantes en el sector industrial. Consiste en una lista de chequeo que permite a los especialistas evaluar o autoevaluar el proceso de lubricación. Este documento se elaboró a partir del criterio y experiencia de especialistas en el tema. La composición de la herramienta de evaluación quedó determinada por 3 indicadores, 15 dimensiones y 61 ítems. Se implementó en una industria donde se obtuvo como resultado general la evaluación de la gestión de la lubricación y la identificación de los aspectos positivos y negativos de ese proceso.

Abstract

The methods use at moment to assess the state of management lubrication in the industrial installation not permit to identify the problem of management process according to actual tendency. The research had the target to design a diagnostic tool for determinate the state of management lubrication and the lubricate in the industrial sector. The checklist allow the specialist to assess or self-evaluate the lubrication process. This document was prepared based on the criteria and experience of specialists in the field. 3 indicators, 15 dimensions and 61 items determined the structure of the evaluation tool. It was implemented in an industry where the evaluation of the lubrication management and the identification of the positive and negative.
